The Scope of our Home Watch Service
Our home watch services are designed to cover every aspect of your property.
We start with a detailed exterior evaluation, checking doors, windows, screens, and the building's facade for signs of wear or damage, such as stucco cracks, peeling paint, and loose siding. We also check for visible roof damage and assess the yard's condition and landscaping.
Inside, we inspect every rooms ceilings, walls, and floors for leaks, test appliances (if applicable), verify temperature settings, and much more, ensuring your home remains in pristine condition in your absence.
During the visit, we will operate garbage disposals, faucets and water closets (toilets) to make sure they are operating properly. Generally, the dishwasher and washing machine are operated on quick cycle once a month.

Completing a home inventory assessment for an average-sized home typically takes 5-7 hours. This time frame encompasses 2+ hours for taking photos and videos, another 2+ hours for compiling the report, and approximately 1 hour for finalizing the documents in a professionally generated report and creating video file of all photographs and video files.
